Harrison – Paula Jean George-Hair, 60, of Harrison, died Thursday, Sept. 27, at her home with her family by her side.

She was born in Minaville, N.Y. on Feb. 5, 1947, the daughter of Charles and Jean Seymour Graff. She attended the Culinary Institute of America. She was the proprietor of Pick-A-Lily Emporium custom gift shops in Norway and Spring Hill, Tenn. She married Thomas Hair on Aug. 14, 2004.

She is survived by her husband of Harrison; four children, Jeffrey and his wife, Patti Shelmandine, of Claryville, N.Y., Vanessa Shelmandine of Kingston, N.Y., Leah George of Tuscon, Ariz., and Samuel George of Oxford; two brothers, David and his wife, Rosemary Graff, of Johnstown, N.Y., and Kim and his wife, Letah Graff, of Minaville, N.Y.; three grandchildren; and a cousin, Jim Brewer of N.Y.
