LEWISTON – A Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Susan N. Sutton was held on Friday at the Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul following prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home.

The Rev. Robert Lariviere celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. At the beginning of Mass, the pall was placed on Susan’s casket by her daughters, Melissa Pelletier and Michelle Roy. The readings were read by Sharon White and Kathy Page. The offertory was brought to the altar by Barbara Robitaille and Rachel Turcotte. Words of remembrance were expressed by Susan’s sister, Beverly Pelletier. Beverly Pelletier also read the poem, “Going Home,” in tribute to her sister at the cemetery.

Pallbearers were James Pelletier, Michael Roy, Kris Martin, Bruce Lank, Kirk Hall and Karl Martin.

Arrangements were by the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home, 305 Alfred Plourde Parkway, Lewiston.
