Board changes meeting schedule

The scoop: Board members voted unanimously to meet the first and third Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.

Gear readied

The scoop: Municipal workers have begun readying equipment for winter weather and have started to draft new seasonal maintenance plans as well. Three trucks have had their plow blades and wings sandblasted and repainted – the first time it’s been done in years, Town Manager Greg Gill said. The new maintenance schedules, which are slated to take effect in the spring, will be submitted for board approval during the annual budget process.
