AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Introduction to Excel” (CPT 011-01) on Tuesday, Oct. 9, and “Excel Intermediate” (CPT 022-01) on Tuesday, Oct. 23. Both classes will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. The cost of each class is $105 and includes the textbook.

Microsoft Excel is a tool that can be used to manage everything from corporate finances to a DVD collection.

“Introduction to Excel” will teach participants how to create, modify and manage worksheets and workbooks. “Excel Intermediate” will introduce students to formulas and ways to enhance the look and function of spreadsheets. Both classes will be taught by Irene Pergamo.
