DURHAM, N.H. (AP) – Do the senior class T-shirts at Oyster River High School promote underage drinking?

The shirts say “Oyster River High School seniors” on the front. The problem is on the back, which says “08 Pushing the Limit.” Next to the numbers is a little paw print graphic that resembles a decimal point, turning the year .08, the state’s legal blood alcohol limit.

It is not clear who created the shirts, but students said they were paid for by the senior class. The school’s superintendent said he will investigate who designed the shirts and who approved them. The shirts haven’t been banned, but a letter was sent home urging parents not to let their children wear them to school.
