RUMFORD – The following will be arraigned in Rumford District Court:
• Thomas McCarthy, 49, Wayland, Mass., operating under the influence, 12:40 a.m. Sept. 30 on Route 108. He was released on $200 cash bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 4.
