Children attempt to capture piglets in a peanut bag at the Pulling Ring at the Fryeburg Fair on Wednesday. The 12 children were selected from 122 who applied to participate in the event. Ten managed to bag a pig, and may either keep it or return it to the fair. The two children who did not catch a pig were awarded $20. Justice Pittnan, 10, of Stoneham said the event was “really fun. Tiring, though.”
