AUBURN – Local residents can be screened to evaluate their risk of having a stroke or a serious bone fracture through Life Line Screening on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at High Street Congregational Church, 106 Pleasant St. Appointments will begin at 10 a.m.

Screenings are fast and painless. They test for blocked carotid arteries, abdominal aortic aneurysms and hardening of the arteries in the legs. Bone density screening is also offered to assess the risk of osteoporosis.

All four screenings take less than an hour to complete. The cost for a package of all four screenings is $129.
