Army 1st Lt. Brian T. Castle is returning to the U.S. after a deployment to the Iraqi Theater of Operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Castle, a battalion adjutant with eight years of military service, is normally assigned to the 630th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion. He is the son of Thomas and Jane Castle of Lewiston. The lieutenant received a bachelor’s degree in 2007 from Upper Iowa University, Fayette.
