Sgt. Timothy B. MacArthur of Skowhegan, and Staff Sgt. Richard B. Campbell of Gray recently received recognition by the Joshua L. Chamberlain Chapter, Association of United States Army, in Kennebunkport. MacArthur was recognized as the Maine Army National Guard Soldier of the Year while Campbell was recognized as the Maine Army National Guard Recruiter of the Year. MacArthur is a member of the 11th Civil Support Team located in Waterville. Campbell is a member of the Maine Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command and working in Portland.
