MILLIS, Mass. – Jason Daniel Hawkins, 21, of Millis, formerly of Framingham, died suddenly, Thursday, Oct. 4.

Born in Framingham, Mass., on May 6, 1986, he was the son of Danial C. Hawkins and Louise (DeFazio) Adair. A 2004 graduate of Millis High School, Jason was attending his senior year at the University of Maine at Farmington.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-father, John Adair of Millis, Mass.; stepmother, Leah Hawkins of Attleboro, Mass.; half sister, Belisse Hawkins, stepbrother, Vinny Bravoco, and stepsister, Anna Bravoco, all of Attleboro, Mass.; maternal grandparents, Dante and Dorothy DeFazio of Falmouth, paternal grandparents, Suger Hawkins and the late Lance Hawkins of Phoenix, Ariz.; stepgrandparents, Roger Adair of Jamaica Plain, Mass., and Mary Roby of Framingham, and Robert and Patricia Fossella of Stoughton, Mass.; close friends, Tobin, Rich, Ben, Armet, Liz and Tom; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
