Rumford – The River Valley Community Learning Center’s SAD 43 After School Program will host the annual “Lights On” event from 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Greater Rumford Community Center.

Lights On is a national celebration of After School programs that will be taking place that day around the nation. The theme is a Halloween party.
