LIVERMORE FALLS – Diane R. Duguay, 81, a resident of Livermore Falls, died unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 8 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on Jan. 6, 1926, in Jay, the daughter of Laurent and Virginia (Lavoie) Duguay. She was a graduate of Livermore Falls High School and attended St. Joseph’s Academy in Auburn.

She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay. Diane was a loving and caring person who would rather give than receive and was always there to help someone in need. She also enjoyed cooking, tending her flower gardens and feeding the birds.

She is survived by a brother, Norman Duguay and his wife, Pauline, of Livermore Falls; and 15 nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, George Duguay; and a foster sister, Gabrielle Nolan.
