Criminal Mischief
A set of brick steps at 347 Pine St. were damaged by two large rocks that were thrown against them some time over the weekend Sept. 29 through Oct. 1.
An apartment window at 57 Knox St. was shot out by a BB overnight Oct. 3-4.
A vehicle parked at Andover College had all of the lug nuts removed from the left rear tire on Oct. 4 between 7:45 and 9:30 p.m. The vehicle operator lost the tire while traveling down Lisbon Street but was not injured.
A mailbox at 226 Pinewoods Road was smashed during the day on Oct. 4.
Thefts
A gold or copper colored Mongoose BMX bike with front and rear pegs was stolen from a storage area at 20 Orange St. overnight Oct. 2-3.
A vehicle parked at 10 Seville Place was burglarized overnight Oct. 1-2. The vehicle was unlocked, spare change was taken from inside.
Operating Under the Influence Arrest
Roland Roy, 32, was charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 4 at 12:27 a.m. at 210 Main St. following a routine traffic stop.
Operating after Suspension Arrest
Kristopher McWilliams, 19, was charged with operating after suspension and attaching false plates on Oct. 4 at 3:57 p.m. at 192 Summer St. after the vehicle was reported for racing around the cemetery.
Habitual Offender Notification
Robert Hamilton, 29, has a suspended license with habitual offender status. His last known address is 65 Tall Pines Drive and he has 23 previous suspensions on his driver’s history. If you see Hamilton driving, please notify us immediately at 784-6421.
