ORLANDO, Fla. – Bruce Stanley Boucher, 63, of Davenport, Fla., and former Fort Myers, Fla., resident, passed away Thursday, Oct. 11, at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

He was born May 26, 1944, in Rumford, son of Henry Joseph and Florence Louise (Rowe) Boucher. Bruce was educated in Rumford schools and graduated from Stephens High School with the Class of 1963.

He was a retired tractor trailer driver for UPS, having worked 35 years until his retirement in January 2005, and was a 40-year Florida resident.

Bruce was a member of St. Faustina Roman Catholic Parish.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carole Lynn (Harvey) Boucher of Davenport, Fla.; his mother, Florence Boucher and her companion, Pat Moskus, of Rumford; stepdaughters Cathy Jones, Joan O’Haver, Tammy Stetson and Kristie Bass; three stepgranddaughters; his brothers, Henry Boucher Jr. and wife, Rose Marie, of Etna, N.H., Steve Boucher and wife, Kathy, of Oquossoc, and Linwood Boucher of Jay; his sisters, Jean Jeselskis and Judy Whittemore, both of Rumford, and Cynthia Coulombe and husband, Bob, of Winthrop; and his best friends and cousins, Stanley and Marty Laurinaitis of Davenport, Fla.

He was predeceased by his father, Henry Joseph Boucher.
