I have to laugh out loud when liberals refuse to admit that the mainstream media are mostly leftist liberals. A perfect example was the way a question was asked during the Oct. 9 evening NBC news program.
On the same day a report came out about five years of economic growth, citing about 4.5 percent unemployment, which was considered, even by Democrats, to be essentially full employment (as they did during the Clinton years, when unemployment was at 4.6 percent) the NBC anchor did the following.
In talking with the reporter who had covered the taped Republican candidates’ debate, she asked, essentially, “What did they [the candidates] say about all the people who are looking for jobs?”
Why couldn’t the anchor allow the reporter to report what was said during the taped debate, instead of asking leading, liberal questions? This happens all the time on all the major news networks.
Another example occurred on the last day of the 2006 election. The evening host on MSNBC and an associate were looking at a large map of all the states. They were attempting to predict winners and losers.
The associate commented that one particular state was still undecided.
The host replied, “No, no, we’ve (meaning Democrats) already won that state.”
What hypocrites.
