JAY – A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday for Doris Y. Marcotte at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay preceded by prayers at Finley Funeral Home in Livermore Falls. Officiating was the Rev. Roger Chabot. Readings were done by Leonard Marcotte. Eulogies were given by Michael Marcotte and Ann Marie Cummings. Hymns including “How Great Thou Art,” “Because the Lord is My Shepherd,” “Ave Maria” and “J’Irai La Voir Un Jour” were sung by the resurrection choir accompanied by Therese Therrien.
