LEWISTON – Richard “Rick” E. Maxwell, 34, a resident of River Road in Livermore, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Central Maine Medical Center after a long illness.

He was born on Sept. 13, 1973, in Farmington, the son of Steve and Gloria (Breton) Maxwell. He was a 1990 graduate of Jay High School. Rick had worked at Peoples Bank in Lewiston. He enjoyed fishing, playing video games, movies and NASCAR racing.

He is survived by his mother, Gloria Maxwell of Livermore; grandparents, Pauline and Conrad Breton of Livermore Falls; a daughter, Kaylee Maxwell of Auburn; godparents, Louise and Larry Duval of Jay; uncles, Richard Breton and Linwood Luce; aunts, Ann Hyke, Janice Townes, Patty Brennan and Evelyn Gordon; his best friend Kevin Timberlake of East Livermore; and several cousins.

He was predeceased by his father in 1987.
