Nearly 40 youngsters turned out Thursday afternoon for the SAD 43 after-school program at the Greater Rumford Community Center for gymnastics, a Halloween costume contest, and pumpkin painting. The school district joined with others to mark the importance of children’s programs during the national Lights On After School Rally.
