I do not understand how young men and women, upon graduation from high school, when they try to find a good-paying job, businesses refuse to hire them because they don’t have job experience.

How are these young people supposed to get that job experience, if businesses won’t give them a chance?

With no job experience, the young people have to take jobs earning minimum wage, which nobody can live on, so they have to stay with their parents. Businesses should give them a chance.

These young people are our future.
