AUBURN – Gary and Patti Tapley of Auburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Erin Tapley of Bangor, to Zachary Bartlett of Bangor, son of Doug and Nancy Bartlett of Auburn.

Miss Tapley is a 2000 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2004 graduate of Wheaton College with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and German. She is also a 2004-2005 Fullbright Scholar to Germany. She is currently employed by the University of Maine system in the office of strategic procurement in Bangor.

Mr. Bartlett is a 2003 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently enrolled in the computer systems technology program at Eastern Maine Community College in Bangor. He is currently employed at Best Buy as a member of the Geek Squad in Bangor.

The wedding will be held Feb. 16 at the First Universalist Church in Auburn.
