LEWISATON – Rita Pauline Cloutier Dutil, of Lewiston, daughter of Amedee and Fedora Bisson Cloutier, died Sunday, Oct. 21, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Lewiston, April 30, 1923.
She graduated from St. Peter and Paul grammar school in 1938, Cour Superieur in 1940, and Lewiston High School in 1942. She was a member of the Ladies of Ste. Anne at St. Peter and Paul parish, and she served as past president for a few years. She was a lifetime auxiliary member of St. Mary’s Hospital.
She was married for 57 years to Raymond Dutil. He died Dec. 23, 2003.
She is survived by a son, Gerard and wife, Ann of Sabattus; a brother, Dr. Wilfred A. Cloutier and his wife, Rolande, of Yarmouth Port, Mass.; four grandchildren, Kevin and wife, Stacey, of Bentonville, Ariz., Christina and husband, Eric, of Cumberland, R.I., Eric and wife, Nichole, of Greene and Todd and wife, Rene, of South Paris; six great-grandchildren, Morghan, Madison, Katelyn, Nathaniel, Noah and Jared; and many nieces and nephews.
