RUMFORD – Funeral services for Mr. Thompson were conducted Saturday at the Meader and Son Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Peters officiating. Music included “Ships of Heaven” and “If You Could See Me Now.” Special music was “Softly and Tenderly” and “In The Garden,” sung by Gloria Sites and guitarist, Tim Cormier and Chris Shaw on keyboard. Words of remembrance were given by several family and friends. Committal services were conducted by the Rev. Peters at Pineview Cemetery, Roxbury. Pallbearers were Jeff Thibeault, Troy Thibeault, Dan Thibeault, Pamela Redstone, Lisa Thompson, Erin Thompson and Brodie Thompson. A reception followed at the Mexico First Baptist Church.
