GROVETON, N.H. (AP) – Another New Hampshire paper mill is getting ready to close.

Officials at the Wasau Paper mill in Groveton said this afternoon that the mill will close at the end of the year, leaving 300 people without jobs. The announcement comes as the company released its third-quarter results showing a decline in net earnings of 1.1 million dollars.

Gov. John Lynch says the state will help the workers who will be laid off when the mill closes.
