The scoop: Road Manager Arlan Saunders reported that Minot and Hebron road crews have finished putting up and covering winter sand piles in the two towns. He noted that the Hebron crew helped with some grader ditching on Brighton Hill, Millett and Pottle Hill roads and that, for a day or two this week, Minot’s crew will be helping Hebron button up some summer work.
