AUBURN – Phyllis “Yvonne” Bubier, 98, of Poland Road, Auburn, died Thursday, Oct. 25, at her home with her family at her side.

She was born in Littleton, N.H., on Jan. 24, 1909, a daughter of Alphonse and Adelaide (Mazrall) Ouellette. She worked for many years at Auburn Wood Heal until her retirement. She was an avid reader and enjoyed going to garage sales.

She leaves a sister, Audrey Bolton; four grandchildren, Kathleen Harrigan, Eileen Young, Dorothy Young and Dawn Young; a great-granddaughter, Meghan Harrigan; a great-great-grandson, Noah Turner; and a dear friend, Barbara Hutchinson, who helped in caring for Yvonne in her later years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Bubier; and a son, Donald E. Young.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the entire staff at Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to Yvonne.
