AUBURN – Steve and Louise LaRoche of Auburn are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Ryan LaRoche of Lewiston, to Bridget Eaton of Lewiston, daughter of Joe Eaton, Christine Fontana-Dunn and Erin Ryan of California.

Mr. LaRoche is a 1990 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 1994 graduate of Springfield College in Springfield, Mass., with a bachelor’s degree in history, secondary education. He is currently employed as a history teacher and soccer and track coach at Edward Little High School in Auburn.

Ms. Eaton is a 1995 graduate of Mercy High School in Red Bluff, Calif., and a 2000 graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration. She is currently employed as an administrative assistant at Tri-County Mental Health in Lewiston.

The couple was engaged Aug. 2 on Pier 39 in San Francisco. They will be married at 10 a.m. on July 12 at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Lewiston, with a reception to follow at Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn.
