NORWAY – Previews of Ricki Lake’s documentary film, “The Business of Being Born,” will be screened in Bridgton and Norway on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 8 and 9.

The film features Lake in the bathtub of her West Village apartment, delivering her second child, Owen. The film will be released to theaters in January 2008. Previews of the movie will be shown in numerous locations around the country this fall, including the two showings in western Maine.

“The Business of Being Born” will be shown Thursday, Nov. 8, at the Commons in on Main Street next to the Fare Share Co-op and on Friday, Nov. 9, at the Birth House in Bridgton, 24 South High St. Both shows will begin at 7 p.m. and refreshments will be provided.
