Criminal Mischief

The rear of the Promenade Mall was tagged with graffiti overnight Oct. 28-29.

A vehicle parked at Bates and Birch streets was keyed between 2-3:20 p.m. on Oct. 25.

The warehouse on Island Avenue facing the Peck’s building was tagged over the weekend Oct. 26-29.

The canal side of the mill at 35 Canal St. was tagged with graffiti sometime prior to Oct. 28.

The Wiseman Bridge was tagged with graffiti prior to Oct. 28.

A vehicle parked at 14 Scribner Blvd. was damaged by a thrown pumpkin on Oct. 30 at 10:11 p.m.

Thefts

A Dell laptop computer was stolen from inside the office of 76 High St. sometime in the week previous to Oct. 24.

A Mongoose Mountain Bike was stolen from 1 Buckley St. sometime during the past week. It was locked to an outside utility post.

Two Rubbermaid trash cans were stolen from the curb at 395 Cotton Road overnight Oct. 25-26.

Four 33-inch Cooper tires on red Anodized rims were stolen from the rear of Michael’s Pools sometime in the past two weeks.

A vehicle parked at 3 Diamond Court was burglarized between 3 p.m. on Oct. 28 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 29. Several pieces of property were stolen from inside.

A vehicle parked at Motel 6 was burglarized overnight Oct. 30-31. Luggage was stolen from inside the car.

Burglaries

Sometime during the early morning hours of Oct. 27, an unknown suspect entered the residence at 3 Hillmount Dr. through an unlocked window and stole a purse and wallet from the kitchen.

Sometime between 7-10 p.m. a 32-inch LG LCD TV was stolen from 278 Lisbon St. The residence was unlocked.

A residence at 192 Central Ave. has been burglarized several times between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. through an unlocked window, cash and candy were stolen each time.

A resident of 15 Barron Ave. noticed a suspicious male hanging around her residence on Oct. 31 at 6:43 a.m. A short time later she discovered this same individual inside of her kitchen stealing her purse. The suspect ran out of the residence wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt when discovered.

Robbery Arrest

Justin Jewell, 26, was arrested for burglary and robbery on Oct. 29 at 10:55 p.m. at Burger King on Main Street. Officers were called to the business after employees caught Jewell climbing through the drive-through window and stealing cash from the register. Employees ran to stop him and he struggled with them to get the money and flee. Eventually he was detained by two employees until police could arrive. Jewell claims that he had been in the restaurant earlier in the evening and had been shorted a dollar and that this was his attempt to retrieve the money owed to him.

Operating After Suspension Arrests

Patricia Gunther, 21, was charged with operating after suspension on Oct. 26 at 6:32 a.m. at Bartlett Street and Adams Avenue following a routine traffic stop.

Roland Lepage, 26, was charged with operating without a license, violating conditions of release, and unlawful possession of hydrocodone on Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. on Blake Street following a routine traffic stop.

Macarthur Taylor, 34, was charged with operating after suspension and unlawful trafficking in scheduled W drugs on Oct. 29 at 3:55 p.m. at King Avenue and Main Street following a routine traffic stop. Ecstasy and crack cocaine were found in the vehicle.

David Pelletier, 44, was charged with operating as a habitual motor vehicle offender and violating conditions of release on Oct. 30 at 7:24 p.m. at Main and Sabattus streets following a routine traffic stop.

Caroline Dobles, 24, was charged with operating without a license on Oct. 31 at 12:33 a.m. at Lewiston High School following a routine traffic stop.

Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Barry Wright, 33, was charged with operating under the influence and criminal threatening on Oct. 28 at 1:27 a.m. at 550 Lisbon St. following a routine traffic stop.

Joshua Woda, 21, was charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 28 at 1:59 p.m. at College Street and Mountain Avenue following a routine traffic stop.

Eric Perron, 21, was charged with operating under the influence on Oct. 30 at 12:55 a.m. at 275 Sabattus St. following a routine traffic stop.
