• Kevin E. Cook, 36, Phillips, failure to stop for a police officer, driving under the influence and loaded firearm in vehicle, Oct. 31, $5,000 unsecured provided for court appearance Dec. 20, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Russell E. Clifford, 47, Shawmut, failure to appear for contempt hearing, Nov. 1, released to Somerset Sheriff’s Office.

• Ryan Lee Adley, 18, Wilton, burglary of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property, Nov. 1, no bail listed, Wilton Police Department.
