AUBURN – A surprise party was held recently for Rick and Donna Paul of Auburn, on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary.

The event was planned by Mrs. Paul’s mother, Fay Day, and son, Jon Paul, and was held in the community room at Lake Auburn Town House.

The cake was made by Tania Royer and refreshments were set up and served by Judy Martineau.

Mr. Paul and the former Donna Day were married Oct. 2, 1982, at St. Phillip’s Church in Auburn. Their children are Jon and Danielle Paul.

Mrs. Paul is employed at the Auburn School Department with special needs children and also the Adult Education Department.

Mr. Paul is employed at Sabre Yachts and is a member of the Andy Valley Council 8742, Knights of Columbus.

Original wedding attendants present were Pat Lehoux, maid of honor, and David Day, usher.
