A wind turbine rises to its resting place Monday at the Farmington wastewater treatment plant. A winch was used to pull up the 33-foot-tall pole, with the tip of the blades extending it to 41 feet. The turbine weighs 635 pounds and was placed on a 4-foot-deep slab of concrete.
