LEWISTON – Stephen G. Fournier, 54, resident of 20 Woodside Drive, Lewiston, died very unexpectedly Monday, Nov. 5.
He was born in Lewiston, June 20, 1953, the son of Everett and Pauline (Morin) Fournier. He attended Lewiston schools, and was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of 1971. He furthered his education at Holy Cross College in Worcester, Mass., where he graduated in 1975.
After graduation, he became the manager of RGIS Inventory of Silver Spring, Md., for 10 years before moving back to Lewiston. At the time of his death, he was district manager of Berkline Furniture for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. He was also an avid Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and Boston Celtic fan.
Survivors include his wife the former, Pamela Koss of Lewiston whom he married May 8, 1987; his mother, Pauline M. Fournier of Lewiston; two sons, Christopher A. Fournier and his friend, Leanne Laverdiere, both of Lewiston and Patrick M. Fournier of Lewiston; one daughter, Sara J. Fournier of Lewiston; one brother, Thomas Fournier and his wife, Debi, of South Portland; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Everett M. Fournier in 1987.
Steve is going to be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
