Chill Yoga offers instruction suited to all, from extreme beginners to extremely practiced yogis/yoginis regardless of body type, age, level of fitness or most injuries.

Chill Yoga is the dream child of local yoga teachers: Heidi Audet, Nerys Bayley and Alice Ruvane. Audet and Bayley have been teaching Ashtanga Yoga in Lewiston-Auburn and its environs for years. Ruvane, a Kripalu teacher, has taught in studios in southern Maine and New York City.

Ashtanga and Kripalu, the primary styles offered at Chill, are different yoga traditions with the same intent. Both are physical yoga practices that offer people a chance to explore, discover, play, relax and rejuvenate.

The ultimate goal of any yoga practice is self-discovery and self-acceptance.
