• James E. Deen, 29, of 387 West Parish Road, Turner, on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, carrying a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, 8:44 p.m. Thursday at 990 Center St.

Androscoggin County

• Dora Rodriguez, 43, of 15 Richardson Road, Turner, arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency on charges of violating bail and trafficking in scheduled drugs, 11:55 p.m. Thursday at that address.

• Barry Peacock, 18, of 375 Federal Road, Livermore, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of driving without a license, illegal attachment of plates and violating bail, 1:15 a.m. Friday on Route 4, Livermore.

• John Querceto, 45, of 99 Snell Hill Road, Turner, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant, 10:27 a.m. Friday at that address.

• Joshua McCarthy, 21, of 271 Court St., Auburn, arrested by Livermore Falls police on a charge of possession of a scheduled drug and on a probation hold, 3:39 p.m. Friday on Park Street, Lewiston.

• Jeffrey Levasseur, 40, of 13 Levasseur Lane, Turner, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant, 7:36 p.m. Friday at that address.

Accidents
Auburn

• Cars driven by Robert H. Gardner, 74, of Auburn and Denise Panzino, 40, of Auburn collided, 2:55 p.m. Thursday on Rodman Road. Damage to Gardner’s 1996 Mercury station wagon was estimated at $2,500; to Panzino’s 1993 Chrysler, $2,000. Both cars were towed.

• A car driven by Gary Caiani, 53, of Auburn struck a deer, 6:55 p.m. Wednesday on Lake Shore Drive. Damage to the 2005 Lexus driven by Caiani and owned by Pro Vision of Auburn was estimated at $2,000.
