AUBURN – Jacob Mulderig scored all four goals to lead Mid-Coast over Auburn Youth Hockey Red Wings, 4-3, in a Squirt division house contest at Ingersoll Arena.

Jameson Cyr assisted two of Mulderig’s goals, while Noah Koenog and Matthew Deveaux each picked up one assist. Mulderig struck twice in a 51-second span early in the second period to break a 1-1 tie.

Mitchell Spurr scored two goals and also assisted Matthew Verrill’s tally for the Red Wings. Verrill and Cameron Berube combined to set up Spurr for the first goal of the game at 2:30 of the opening period. Savannah Shaw and Tyler Couture assisted Spurr to pull the Red Wings within 3-2 at 2:52 of the third.

Michael Blaich picked up the win in goal for Mid-Coast. Branden Dyer tended the net for Auburn.
