LEWISTON – Richard E. Gibney, 66, of Greene, died Thursday, Nov. 8, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born in Webster, Mass., Jan. 13, 1941, the son of James Gibney and Gladys (Stone) Gibney.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (Foisy) Gibney; one son; and three daughters.
