NYACK, N.Y. – The wedding of Sarah Anne Ruttenberg and Christopher Vinod Kotecha was held at 1 p.m., July 7, in Nyack, N.Y. The Rev. Roger Cousineau officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Kotecha is the daughter of David and Gail Ruttenberg of Auburn. Mr. Kotecha is the son of Vinod and Karen Kotecha of Valley Cottage, N.Y.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory off-the-shoulder sleeveless gown embroidered with pink beaded flowers. She carried a bouquet of large pink roses.

Hannah Baughn, best friend of the bride, attended as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Heike Shaggs, Rachel Fields and Catalin Simpson, friends, and Jenny Carleo, sister of the bridegroom. Anna Puris, child friend, was flower girl.

Serving as best man was best friend of the bridegroom, Nick Howansky. Ushers were Rajiv Diwan and Rikin Diwan, cousins of the bridegroom, Beau Mancini, friend, and Matthew Ruttenberg and Daniel Ruttenberg, brothers of the bride. John Carleo, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at Living Christ Church in Nyack, N.Y., after which the couple traveled to Northern California. They are residing in Tappan, N.Y.

The bride is an undergraduate of Columbia International University Graduate School and a graduate of the Aliance Graduate School of Counseling in Nyack, N.Y. She is administrative assistant at First Reformed Church at Nyack, N.Y., and is a counselor at Wellsprings Counseling Center in Fairlawn, N.J.

The bridegroom is an undergraduate of the University of Albany in New York and a graduate of the Aliance Graduate School of Counseling in Nyack, N.Y. He is director of All Rockland Kids for Christ in Rockland County, N.Y.
