JAY – Jeremy Scott Munson, 26, of Jay, died unexpectedly Sunday morning, Nov. 11, in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born May 3, 1981, in Farmington, the son of Steve Munson and Kelli “Libby” Howes. He graduated from Jay High School in 2000. He later married his high school sweetheart, Megan (Jackson) Munson.

Jeremy enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting on occasion, billiards, horseshoes, bowling and just being with his wife.

He is survived by his wife, Megan Munson of Jay; his mother and stepfather, Kelli “Libby” Howes and Steve Howes of Jay; his father, Steve Munson and his companion, Janet Davis, both of Jay; his sister, Michele Munson of Jay; his brother, Ray Howes of Lewiston; sister, Nesa Bilodeau of Mechanic Falls; maternal grandparents, Jack and Judy Libby of Wilton; paternal grandmother, Doris Munson of Wilton; maternal great-grandmother, Helen Ware of Turner; uncles, Dan Libby of Strong and Kirk Libby of Wilton; aunts, Nancy Richard and her husband, Armand, of Mechanic Falls, Susan Beauchesne and her husband, Ted, of Dixfield and Carol Jackson and her husband, Sam, of Farmington; cousins, friends, colleagues at Isaacson’s Lumber; many loved ones; and Buzz, Bo and Luke.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Holman Munson; his uncle, Scotty Munson,; mother-in-law, Debra Jackson; and dog, Chance. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
