WINTHROP – The wedding of Robyn Lee Wilcox and Chris Anthony Stevens II was held at 3 p.m. Sept. 29 at the Winthrop United Methodist Church. The Rev. Donald Hegemen officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Stevens is the daughter of Eric and Donna Wilcox of Leeds. Mr. Stevens is the son of Chris and Bambi Stevens of Fayette and Shelly Stevens of Hallowell.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory strapless satin gown with pick-up skirt and sweeping train. A brown sash circled the corset and trailed in the back. She carried a bouquet of hydrangea, Calla lilies and roses in fall colors.

The best friend of the bride, April Visconti, attended as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Christi Stevens and Sarah Higgins, sisters of the bridegroom, Jennifer Wilcox, sister-in-law of the bride, and Angie Brailey, friend of the bride.

The best friend of the bridegroom, Jeffery Kent, attended as best man. Ushers were Jonathan Lawless, best friend of the bridegroom, Timothy Wilcox, brother of the bride, and Brendan Higgins, brother-in-law of the bridegroom. Ben Cutchin, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the American Legion Hall in Winthrop, after which the couple traveled to Orlando, Fla. They are residing in Fayette.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Livermore Falls High School and the Capilo Institute in Augusta. She is employed at Blue Door Salon in Portland.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Maranacook Community High School and is employed at CCB, Inc. in Westbrook.
