• Phillip J. Rose, 31, Farmington, failure to pay fine, Nov. 15, no bail listed as of Nov. 16, Maine State Police.

• Andrew Bosco, 18, Jay, burglary, Nov. 15, $500 unsecured provided for court appearance on Dec. 28, Farmington Police Department.
