Local legal chapter donates to food bank
LEWISTON – Lewiston members of the Down East Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators recently held a food drive in recognition of the ninth anniversary of the association’s Community Challenge Weekend.
The annual weekend, held in October, is a worldwide volunteer community effort, and each participating chapter selects its own program of cause.
The association is an international organization of nearly 10,000 members in 30 countries and is the premier management resource for the legal profession, providing support, education and services to professionals involved in the management of law firms, corporate legal departments and government legal agencies.
Participating Down East Chapter administrators from Lewiston represent the law firms of Brann and Isaacson, Gosselin and Dubord, and Isaacson and Raymond. The firms’ employees collectively contributed several boxes of nonperishable goods and cash donations to the Good Shepherd Food-Bank.
