PORTLAND – The Maine International Trade Center will offer a program “Innovation and Opportunities in Quebec’s Defense and Security Industries,” on Nov. 29, from 9-11 a.m. at the MITC office, 511 Congress St.

Guest speaker will be Alain Fecteau from Technopôle Defense and Security.
