RUMFORD – Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned Jan. 8 in Rumford District Court:

• Stephanie Burnham, 41, Rumford, domestic assault, 9:25 p.m. Nov. 20 on Route 2. She was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned Tuesday, Dec. 4, in Rumford District Court.

• Meagan Berry, 20, Rumford, theft (shoplifting), 5:26 p.m. Nov. 20 on Route 2. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Kevin Pettegrow, 26, Rumford, criminal mischief and two counts of assault, 1:50 a.m. Nov. 18 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Patricia Duguay, 30, Dixfield, operating after suspension, 8:25 p.m. Nov. 15 on Rumford Avenue. She was released on $200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned Feb. 5 in Rumford District Court.
