FRYEBURG – Healthy Maine Partnerships will host a two-mile school/community Turkey Trot on Saturday for people of any fitness level. It’s time to trot off those turkey calories.

Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the walk will start promptly at 10 a.m. from the Molly Ockett Middle School, proceeding through town. There is no cost to participate.

The activity is funded by Healthy Maine Partnerships to improve community health. Despite an earlier notice that the event has been canceled, it will take place as scheduled.

Walkers will be eligible for prizes. Wear walking shoes.
