Local VFW members traveled Albany, N.Y., for an Eastern States Conference of 13 states. The conference is held twice a year to go over programs and to make plans for the directions of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Plans were also made for the VFW Department of Maine to host the next conference on April 25 to 27 in South Portland. From left are Arthur J.
