Army Pvt. Lance A. Neal has arrived for duty at Fort Hood, Killeen, Texas. Neal, an infantryman, is assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment.

He is the son of Charles D. Neal Sr. of Oxford and Rebecca J. Elsiman of Hartford. The private is a 2004 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, Paris.
