LEWISTON – An entry in Monday’s Lewiston Police Department Crime Bulletin incorrectly identified the charge against James Higgins, 28. Higgins was charged with operating after suspension on Nov. 22 at 1:30 a.m. at East Avenue and Webster Street following a routine traffic stop. The information was incorrectly submitted to the Sun Journal.
