RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Vito F. Blunda was celebrated Tuesday at St. Athanasius-St. John Catholic Church. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server. The organist was Mark Belanger. Music selections were “On Eagles Wings,” “Amazing Grace” and “Be Not Afraid.” Readings were done by Ralph Carpenter. A poem was read by Hannah Stanley. A eulogy was given by Ralph Carpenter. Pallbearers were Kevin Stanley, Mitchel Stanley, Kevin Morrison, Nick Colucci, Janet Colucci, Alan Cayer and Ralph Carpenter. A reception followed at the Sons of Italy. Relatives and friends may pay tribute to Vito at www.mem.com. Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home.
