LISBON FALLS – John A. and Joan R. Altman of New Wilmington, Pa., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Rae Altman of Presto, Pa., to Pierre Romeo Turcotte of Presto, Pa., son of Pierre G. and Suzanne D. Turcotte of Lisbon Falls.

Miss Altman received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Westminster College in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in special education from Geneva College in Pennsylvania. She is currently a seventh-grade learning support teacher in Bethel Park, Pa.

Mr. Turcotte is a 1998 graduate of Lisbon High School and received a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is currently employed as an electrical manufacturing engineer at DynaVox Systems in Pittsburgh, Pa.

The wedding will be held July 20 at Temple Restaurant in Victoria, British Columbia.
